How to find deals using filters
To quickly access your deals, use deal filter criteria. You can also save your frequently used filters and automate the search process.
Filter criteria
Go to a pipeline, and click Filter. In the New filter tab, select filter criteria*.
Date created | Specify a date range, or select the Last ... days option |
Deal name | Enter a deal name. |
Stage | Select one or more deal stages. |
Responsible | Select one or more assigned team members. |
Contact name | Enter the contact data linked to your deal. |
Last name | |
Phone number | |
Amount | Enter a deal amount range in the from and to fields. |
Currency | Specify a deal currency |
Source | Select a deal source (Manually or one of the automated sources). |
Due date | Select a deal due date: without date, expired, in a day, in a week, or in a month. |
<Your field> | Select a value of the deal field you created in the pipeline settings. |
* If not all deal filter criteria are displayed, click Add condition, and select the filters you want to use.
Quick access to saved filter criteria
You can also save your frequently used filters to be able to find deals even quicker. To do this, select your filter criteria, click Select, and go to the page with the filtered data.
Click Save filter, and save your filter settings. Add a filter name to be able to quickly find it in the list.
To use your saved filter settings, go to Filter > Saved filters, and select a filter.
Once you select your filter criteria, click Select. Your board will show all tasks that match these criteria. To remove a criterion, click the cross icon.
