How automations work when paused

When you pause automation, new contacts will not be added to the automation queue on start by condition.

For contacts that are already in the queue for sending and have reached the trigger date, the automation will be completed.

Contacts that are in the queue and have not reached trigger date, will remain in the queue and during the pause time will continue to pass for them.

When the automation is resumed, contacts that remain in the queue (and who were not completed the flow) will go through their elements when the trigger date is reached.
