LeadBox is a cloud service that can help you transfer leads from any traffic source to your CRM system.

The service can extend the functionality of your current CRM system by identifying duplicate contact entries, setting up a deal generation scenario, transferring lead information to deal fields, and storing not only contact details but also quiz and questionnaire responses. LeadBox offers end-to-end analytics by capturing UTM tags and Google Client IDs and implementing them in the future.

How to Integrate LeadBox with SendPulse

  1. In your LeadBox account, go in the "Integrations" section, click Add integration, and select "Online chats." Click SendPulse, and enter your integration name.
  2. Go to the integration and copy your webhook.
  3. Go to your SendPulse account, and add the copied webhook. You can add your webhook to chatbots, Automation360, or connect to emails.
  4. Set up the data transfer to your CRM system in your LeadBox account (linking to your CRM system, choosing team members who will be responsible for your deals, and configuring field mapping, filter settings, integration rules, and phone number standardization).

Once connected, a contact card will be created in LeadBox every time when a lead's data is sent to the specified webhook link.
