To get the best feedback, we recommend waiting a couple of days. People don’t always open e-mails right after they have received them.
What is the click chart?
The click chart is a visual representation of your e-mail specifying the number of unique clicks by subscribers alongside each link.
How can I use this information to improve my mailings?
- You can reformulate anchors (the text of e-mails) that don’t interest people.
- You can delete blocks of texts that are not longer relevant (if they contain some links but practically no one clicks on them).
- You can use more images and visualizations (if you see that your customers are clicking heavily on images).
