Sendpulse is hands down the best software i have ever came across and are currently using in my 4 years of using softwartes similiar to send pulse it is truly the best one I have ever used overall it is easy to use and the best price possible for all the Services.

Simple and easy to use even for a novice It is easy to set up. I can create a minisite and send emails with no knowledge of design. It helps me communicate with my community. The User Interface is beautiful and easy to use. The customer support is also very localised. I can reach them on WhatsApp! I found it easy to integrate into our community webpage. On a free level, I could send 15,000 emails. However, I had to pay for the features because we use them frequently — we send out emails weekly.

I had no issues setting up my account and keep finding ways that it make ME Better. Customer Support? I don't know yet. I have not had to reach out at all - it is that easy to setup.
